SOBA GAS Privacy Policy


Article 1 (Scope of Application for Personal Information Protection)

SOBA Project, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") operates and provides SOBA GAS (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"). Based on the following concepts of personal information protection, we handle personal information with great care. However, if there are any discrepancies between this privacy policy and the terms of each service, the terms of each service shall take precedence. Unless there is a specific conflict, this privacy policy and other terms and conditions shall be cumulatively applied. This privacy policy constitutes part of the terms of use for the Service. Please read the terms of use together with this privacy policy when using the Service.

Article 2 (Changes to the Terms)

Personal information that the Company learns about users of the Service (hereinafter referred to as "users") through the use of the Service will be managed in accordance with this privacy policy. However, personal information left behind as a result of using external websites accessible via links from the Service or as a result of communication between users through the Service is outside the scope of this privacy policy.

Article 3 (Changes to the Policy)

This privacy policy may be changed without notice if the Company deems it necessary. If changes occur, they will be posted on the Service's web page, and the new privacy policy will become effective at the time it is posted.

Article 4 (Use of Collected Information)

The Company collects the minimum necessary personal information (such as email addresses, names, and phone numbers) to provide the Service to users. The collected information is used for user authentication within the Service, password reissuance, NFT purchase transactions, responses to inquiries, and notifications related to the Service. It will not be used for any other purposes.

Article 5 (Disclosure of Information)

The Company will protect personal information and never disclose it except in the following cases: when personal information is disclosed or used with the user's consent, or when there is a formal inquiry based on laws from public institutions such as courts or police.

Article 6 (About Cookies)

For user convenience, the Service may store and reference the Company's cookies on the user's computer. The information contained in the cookies will not be collected or aggregated, and it will not have any adverse effects on the computer.

Article 7 (Management of User IDs and Passwords)

The Company is not involved in the management of user IDs or passwords. Users are fully responsible for the use and management of their IDs and passwords and must be careful to avoid misuse or unauthorized use by third parties.
